Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free worldwide to every country and region we deliver to. There are no additional shipping charges for Hokkaido, Okinawa or remote islands. The shipping carrier cannot be selected.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 14–20 business days after your order and payment have been confirmed. This includes sourcing and inspection (usually 7–10 business days) and transit after dispatch (usually 7–10 business days). Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

We will email you a tracking number after dispatch. Stock availability, customs clearance, flight schedules, carrier congestion, weather and other factors may cause delays. We will contact you at your registered email address if we become aware of a significant delay or an item is out of stock.

Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside Japan, customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country or region. These charges are the buyer's responsibility in accordance with local laws.

Incorrect addresses and prolonged absence

If an incorrect address or prolonged absence makes reshipping necessary, you may be charged the actual cost of reshipping. Please check your shipping address before confirming your order.
