- When a customer requests the disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Shop will disclose it without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves (if such personal information does not exist, we will notify you accordingly). However, this does not apply when the Shop is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.In addition, personal information may be disclosed to payment companies for identity verification,billing address verification, and credit checks by the payment company.
- 9. Correction, etc. of Personal Information
- When a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is not true, the Shop will conduct a necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves. Based on the results, the Shop will correct, etc. the content of the personal information and notify the customer to that effect (if a decision is made not to correct, etc., the customer will be notified to that effect). However, this does not apply when the Shop is not obligated to correct, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
- 10. Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
- When a customer requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of their personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that their personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the publicly announced purpose of use, or that it was acquired by deception or other illicit means, and it is found that there are valid reasons for the request, the Shop will suspend the use, etc. of the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves, and notify the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply when the Shop is not obligated to suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
