①Departure and arrival period
*Both are based on business days. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we do not carry out backorders or deliveries. After the shipment is completed, we will notify you of the tracking number to your email address.
*Shipping may be delayed due to busy warehouses, delivery delays due to shipping company circumstances, etc.
*Usually, it will be delivered within 10-21 business days from the order (convenience store payment: payment date), but it may take an extra number of days depending on the stock status. Thank you for your understanding.
shipping fee is free. (Delivery to places other than Japan is uniformly 1,200 yen) Also, there is no additional charge for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some other remote islands. Please note that the delivery company cannot be selected.

② If you do not receive an order completion email

③ Order cancellation
◇ Before ordering

・Please understand that it is not possible to cancel the order after the payment is completed. Regarding credit card payment carrier payment before placing an order, once you send us an email from the inquiry, we will check if it can be canceled, so we would appreciate it if you could contact us once.
④Regarding long-term absences and incomplete addresses
If the customer is absent, Yamato Transport/Sagawa Express will contact you with an absence notice. Please request redelivery by yourself from the notice of absence.
*There may be cases where YDH JAPAN, etc. is described by the delivery company in charge. Please rest assured that there is no mistake in the delivery from our shop.
In addition, products that have passed more than 7 days from the shipping date will be automatically returned to the warehouse.
*If there is an error in the delivery address, it will be returned as the address is unknown.
* Products that have expired will be discarded, so we cannot accept any correspondence such as re-shipment or refund under any circumstances.
・There are a lot of omissions in the street address, so please check when purchasing.
If cancellations continue due to customer's convenience (long-term absence, incomplete address), we will take measures to limit payment methods. Please make sure that you receive the ordered products within the period.
⑤ Regarding inquiries to the shop
For inquiries to our company, please contact us after filling in the necessary items from the inquiry form . We will reply to your inquiry within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
