【Returns and Exchanges】

-If you reside outside of EU member countries-

1) Returns/Exchanges and Refunds for Defective Products

If the product is defective as defined below, we will exchange it free of charge within 6 days of product arrival.

If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs.

In cases eligible for exchange or refund, please dispose of the defective product yourself.

【Conditions for Eligible Exchanges】

• The actual size differs from the size stated on the website. (Differences within 1-3cm are not eligible)

• The product has cuts or holes.

• The color of the received product is clearly different from the actual order.

• Buttons are missing.

• Other serious defects regarding wearability.

 

※The stated sizes are generally measured flat, and some誤差 (errors) may occur.

※Overseas products have looser product standards compared to Japanese products, and stitching/manufacturing may be rough.

※The actual product's color and texture may appear different depending on your monitor or display environment.

 

Please note that returns/exchanges and refunds will not be accepted if any of the following non-eligible exchange conditions apply.

 

【Non-Eligible Return Conditions】

• Returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience (color, size, etc.)

• As overseas products, some bottoms like jeans and denim may not have buttonholes. In such cases, customers are requested to make the buttonholes themselves. Please be aware of this beforehand.

• Products without tags (tags that have been cut off are considered used).

• Products for which confirmation is not possible, such as when product labels have been discarded.

• Products for which more than 6 days have passed since arrival.

• Used products, or products that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.

• Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession.

• Due to overseas manufacturing, sewing may be rough. Fraying, loose threads, missing wash tags, wrinkles, and loose beads or buttons are not considered defects.

• Products with a size difference within 1-3cm.

2) Cancellation after ordering

Cancellations are generally not accepted as orders are automatically processed after they are placed.

3) Size exchange after item arrival

Size exchanges are not accepted at all after item arrival.

4) If the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

The customer will be fully responsible for re-shipping fees. If the package is returned to our warehouse and remains there for more than 30 days, the ordered items will be discarded. No refunds will be accepted if items are discarded.

We want you to love your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached

Please note that items purchased on clearance or special promotion are not eligible for return, except in the case of defects. Orders paid using store credit or coupon codes only are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return your item for:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange for another item
  • Refund to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not provide return shipping labels
  • Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer

To process your return:

  1. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email
  2. Indicate your preferred size or replacement item (subject to availability)
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided via email

Once your return is received:

  • Your replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A refund will be issued

REFUNDS

  • A tracking number is required when returning items. Returns without tracking may not be eligible for a refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are non-refundable
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the item is defective, you may request a return or exchange within 6 days of receipt.

Eligible defects include:

  • Significant size discrepancy (more than 5 cm)
  • Holes, cuts, or damage
  • Incorrect color shipped
  • Serious defects affecting wearability

If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund (including original shipping cost) will be issued.

Defective items do not need to be returned and may be disposed of by the customer.


NON-RETURNABLE CASES

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Customer preference (size, color, etc.)
  • Missing tags
  • More than 6 days have passed since delivery (for defects)
  • Items have been used, washed, or altered
  • Minor imperfections (wrinkles, loose threads, etc.)
  • Size discrepancy within 5 cm

Please note that overseas products may have less strict manufacturing standards. Slight differences in color, texture, or finishing may occur.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees
  • If the package is returned and remains unclaimed for more than 14 days, it will be discarded
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases
