반품에 대해서
【반품과 교환 교환】
-EU 회원국 이외에 거주하는 경우-
1) 불량품에 의한 반품/교환 및 환불
아래에 정하는 불량품 대상내의 경우, 상품 도착 후 6일 이내에 한하여 무료로 교환하겠습니다.
교환하고 싶은 상품이 품절의 경우는, 우송료를 포함한 지불 금액의 전액 환불을 진행하겠습니다.
교환 대상내 및 환불 대응의 경우는, 고객님께 불량품의 처리를 부탁드립니다.
【대상 내의 교환 조건】
・사이트 기재 사이즈와 실치수가 다르다. (1-3cm 이내는 대상외)
・상품에 절상이나 구멍이 있다.
・닿은 상품의 칼라가 실제의 주문과 분명히 다르다.
・버튼이 부족하다.
・그 외 착용에 관해서 중대한 결함이 있는 경우
※기재 사이즈는 기본적으로 평 두어 치수재기로, 약간의 오차가 생기는 경우가 있습니다.
※해외 제품은 일본 제품에 비해 제품 기준이 달고, 봉제·만들기가 잡일 경우가 있습니다.
※보시고 있는 모니터나 디스플레이 환경에 의해, 실제의 상품과 색미, 질감등이 달라 보이는 경우가 있습니다.
덧붙여 아래의 대상외의 교환 조건에 해당되는 경우는, 반품/교환 및 환불은 일절 접수할 수 없으므로 양해 바랍니다
【대상외의 반품 조건】
・고객의 사정에 의한 반품・교환(칼라・사이즈등)
・해외 제품 때문에, 지판이나 데님등의 하의는 버튼 홀에 구멍이 비어 있지 않은 상품도 있습니다. 그 경우는 고객 스스로 구멍을 뚫어 받는 형태가 되기 때문에, 이쪽도 미리 양해해 주십시오.
・태그가 붙지 않은 상품(태그가 분리된 상태를 사용이 끝난 것으로 간주합니다.)
・상품 라벨을 버려 버리는 등 확인을 할 수 없는 상품
・도착 후 6일 이상 경과한 상품
・사용이 끝난 혹은 재검토나 세탁, 클리닝된 상품
・고객의 밑에 냄새가 부착하거나, 더러움, 상처가 생긴 상품
・해외 제품 때문에, 재봉은 잡잡한 경우가 있습니다. 낚아채, 실의 시말, 세탁 태그 없음, 주름, 구슬이나 버튼 등의 끈이 달콤한 등의 경우는 대상외가 됩니다.
・사이즈 오차 1-3 cm이내의 상품
2) 주문 후 취소 정보
주문 후 자동으로 주문 준비를하기 때문에 원칙 취소는받을 수 겸합니다.
3) 아이템 도착 후의 사이즈 교환에 대해서
아이템 도착 후 사이즈 교환은 일절 접수하지 않습니다.
4)고객의 입력 주소 미비에 의해 짐을 전달할 수 없었던 경우
재발송 수수료는 전액 고객 부담이 됩니다. 수하물이 당사 창고로 반송되어 30일 이상 경과한 경우, 주문한 아이템은 폐기하겠습니다. 아이템이 폐기되었을 경우의 환불은 일절 접수하지 않습니다.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.
Please note that we do not provide a shipping label on returns.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Mail your return to address provided to you via email.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
REFUNDS
The tracking number is required once you send it back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
Please note that store credits cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, if your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.
*If the item you receive is defective
(1) Returns/exchanges and refunds for defective items
If the item is within the scope of the defective items specified below, we will exchange it free of charge within 6 days of receipt of the item.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs.
In the case of exchange and refund, please dispose of the defective item(s) on your own.
Conditions for exchanges within the scope of the exchange
The actual size is different from the size stated on the website. (1-3cm or less is not applicable.) ·Item has a cut or hole in the item.

The customer will be responsible for all reshipment fees. If the package is returned to our warehouse and more than 30 days have passed, the ordered items will be discarded. No refunds will be accepted if items are discarded.
