【Returns and Exchanges】
-For residents outside of EU member countries-
1) Returns/exchanges and refunds for defective items
If the item is deemed defective as defined below, we will exchange it free of charge within 6 days of the item's arrival.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a full refund of the payment amount, including shipping fees.
If the item is eligible for exchange or refund, please dispose of the defective item yourself.
【Conditions for eligible exchanges】
• The actual measurements differ from the sizes listed on the website (differences within 5cm are not eligible).
• The item has cuts or holes.
• The color of the received item is clearly different from the actual order.
• Buttons are missing.
• Other significant defects affecting wearability.
※ Listed sizes are generally measured flat, and some errors may occur.
※ Overseas products may have lower product standards compared to Japanese products, and sewing and craftsmanship may be rough.
※ Depending on the monitor and display environment you are viewing, the color, texture, etc., of the actual product may appear different.
Please note that if any of the following non-eligible exchange conditions apply, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
【Non-eligible return conditions】
• Returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience (color, size, etc.)
• As overseas products, some bottoms like jeans or denim may not have buttonholes. In such cases, customers will need to make the hole themselves, so please be aware of this beforehand.
• Items without tags (items with tags cut off will be considered used).
• Items where confirmation is not possible, such as having discarded the product label.
• Items more than 6 days after arrival.
• Used items, or items that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.
• Items that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession.
• Due to overseas production, sewing may be rough. Loose threads, poor thread finishing, absence of washing tags, wrinkles, and loose beads or buttons are not considered eligible defects.
• Items with a size error within 5cm.
2) About order cancellations
As orders are processed automatically, cancellations are generally not accepted.
3) About size exchanges after item arrival
Size exchanges after item arrival are not accepted under any circumstances.
4) If the package could not be delivered due to an incomplete address provided by the customer
The full re-shipping fee will be borne by the customer. If the package is returned to our warehouse and remains there for more than 30 days, the ordered items will be disposed of. No refunds will be accepted if the items are disposed of.

We want you to love your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
Please note that items purchased on clearance or special promotion are not eligible for return, except in the case of defects. Orders paid using store credit or coupon codes only are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your item for:
- Store credit
- Exchange for another item
- Refund to the original payment method
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We do not provide return shipping labels
- Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer
To process your return:
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email
- Indicate your preferred size or replacement item (subject to availability)
- Ship the item to the return address provided via email
Once your return is received:
- Your replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost, or
- A refund will be issued
REFUNDS
- A tracking number is required when returning items. Returns without tracking may not be eligible for a refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are non-refundable
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the item is defective, you may request a return or exchange within 6 days of receipt.
Eligible defects include:
- Significant size discrepancy (more than 5 cm)
- Holes, cuts, or damage
- Incorrect color shipped
- Serious defects affecting wearability
If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund (including original shipping cost) will be issued.
Defective items do not need to be returned and may be disposed of by the customer.
NON-RETURNABLE CASES
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Customer preference (size, color, etc.)
- Missing tags
- More than 6 days have passed since delivery (for defects)
- Items have been used, washed, or altered
- Minor imperfections (wrinkles, loose threads, etc.)
- Size discrepancy within 5 cm
Please note that overseas products may have less strict manufacturing standards. Slight differences in color, texture, or finishing may occur.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address:
- The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees
- If the package is returned and remains unclaimed for more than 14 days, it will be discarded
- No refunds will be issued in such cases
