1) Returns/exchanges and refunds due to defective products

In the case of defective products as specified below, we will exchange them free of charge within 6 days of receiving the product.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with a full refund of your payment including shipping charges.

If the item is eligible for exchange or refund, please dispose of the defective item yourself.

・Products that have been used, repaired, washed, or cleaned

・Products with odors, dirt, or scratches left by the customer

・As this is an overseas product, the sewing may be rough. Items that are frayed, loose threads, missing laundry tags, wrinkles, poorly tamed beads, buttons, etc. will not be eligible.

・Products with a size error of 1-3cm

2) Regarding cancellation after ordering

After placing your order, we will automatically process your order, so in principle we cannot accept cancellations.

3) Regarding size exchange after receiving the item

We do not accept size exchanges after the item arrives.

4) If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

All reshipping fees will be borne by the customer. If more than 30 days have passed since the package was returned to our warehouse, the ordered items will be discarded. No refunds will be accepted if the item is discarded.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Mail your return to address provided to you via email.

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.


The tracking number is required once you send it back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

The shipping back charges are non-refundable.

Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.

Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
