[Flow from order to delivery 🚚]

STEP1. Arranging the product (3 to 6 business days after ordering)

After the order (payment confirmation) is completed, the order will be sent to the manufacturer on the next business day.

→We will inspect the product, carefully wrap it, and prepare it for shipping.

STEP2. Ship the product from overseas to your country (7 to 10 business days after ordering)

Air transported from overseas shipping base through customs to the customer's country.

At this stage, a tracking number will be sent to your email address with detailed delivery status.

→After arriving at the customer's country, it passes through customs again and is transported to the domestic warehouse.

STEP3. After arriving in your country, it will be shipped by a local delivery company (14-20 business days after ordering)

Please note that delivery may be delayed from the estimated time due to product exchanges, etc. during the inspection process to ensure delivery of high-quality products, or due to international transportation flight conditions.

*Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are non-business days, so we do not perform ordering or shipping operations.

*Shipping time varies depending on the stock status of the product.

*If the delivery route is extremely busy, delivery may be delayed than usual.

[Where can I find the tracking number?] ]

Once the product has been manufactured and shipped, we will notify you via your registered email address.

[When will my order be shipped?] ]

Your order will be shipped as soon as it is processed in our warehouse. Order processing times are as follows:

Depending on the product design and product, it may take 3-10 business days (subject to product availability). Our items are made to order to ensure the highest quality for our customers. (*Some items may not be made to order.)

[Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?] ]

Customs duties for international shipments vary by country. If you are charged customs duties, you will be responsible for paying them.

[Delivery failure/Return to sender/Abandoned package]
If a package cannot be delivered to the specified shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (Nanostudio) at your expense.

If the consignee (customer) is not present at the time of delivery, the package will be held at the local distribution courier center for pick-up (shown in tracking history based on destination country). If the customer does not receive the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (Nanostudio) at the customer's expense.

For international customers, if you refuse to accept your package, it will be returned to the sender (Nanostudio) at your expense. Cost includes shipping/duties. This amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

If returned, the package will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be disposed of. If your package is discarded, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund for your order.
